The first driving piece comprises a fixed part and a movable part, the movable part is movably connected to the fixed part in the first direction, the fixed part is connected to the support, and the movable part is connected to the pushing piece so as to apply acting force to the pushing piece to move from the retracting position to the stretching position in the first direction; the extending position sensor is arranged on the support and used for detecting an extending position signal of the pushing piece located at the extending position. Whether the hand brake of the vehicle is tensioned or not can be detected.
