Through aging and compression molding, air contained in a mixture, especially in pore channels of the zeolite molecular sieve, is fully discharged, and the high-molecular adhesive is fully contacted with the zeolite molecular sieve powder; and through curing, the intermolecular connection of the high-molecular adhesive is tighter. The operation is beneficial for obtaining a zeolite molecular sieve forming body with a complete structure and high strength. The powder forming process provided by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, and is easy to realize in different-scale molecular sieve material preparation processes such as experimental research and industrial production.
