The structure is characterized in that a composite pavement structure is adopted, the surface layer of the composite pavement structure is a polyurethane mixture anti-skid wearing layer, the lower layer of the composite pavement structure is a polyurethane mixture OGFC noise reduction drainage layer, the lower layer of the composite pavement structure is a large-particle-size asphalt macadam mixture drainage anti-crack layer, and the lowest layer of the composite pavement structure is an SBS modified asphalt mixture anti-fatigue layer. Compared with the prior art, the laying structure of the composite noise reduction pavement is developed for solving the problems that a traditional noise reduction pavement is poor in durability, the noise reduction effect is difficult to continue and the like, the noise reduction function of the pavement structure is guaranteed, and meanwhile the continuity of the noise reduction capacity of the pavement structure can be guaranteed; and the problems that a traditional noise reduction pavement cannot resist reflection cracks of a cement stabilized macadam base and cannot effectively maintain the noise reduction capacity are solved, and the pavement paving structure has the effects of continuously reducing noise and resisting reflection cracks and fatigue diseases.
