The invention provides a suction groove unit and a cleaning suction groove, and the suction groove unit comprises a housing which comprises a housing body with the periphery sealed and a top plate which is in sealed connection with the housing body; the partition plate is arranged in the shell and divides the inner space of the shell into a cleaning area and a dust collection area; the cleaning system is arranged in the cleaning area and is provided with a water spraying assembly, an air spraying assembly and a rotary mounting part; the rotary mounting part penetrates through the top plate; the water spraying assembly and the air spraying assembly are mounted at the bottom of the rotary mounting part and used for cleaning a pavement; and the dust suction pipe is mounted at a dust suction opening in the top of the dust suction area, connected with a negative pressure air suction system and used for sucking away garbage. The closed cleaning operation mode of high-pressure washing and high-negative-pressure recycling is adopted, a traditional sweeping mode is replaced, the problems of reentrainment of dust and secondary pollution can be effectively solved, and the operation efficiency and the cleaning efficiency are improved.
