The device is reasonable and compact in structure and convenient to use, the underground water collecting gallery is automatically guided out of the ground through the automatic-flow water conveying main pipe according to the terrain gradient of an irrigation area, on one hand, a large amount of power consumption is saved, on the other hand, automatic-flow water diversion is limited by the water level, water is taken at the fixed water level, and the exploitation amount of underground water can be automatically controlled; and the underground water can not be overexploited.
