Anti-blocking mortar lifting process
The invention discloses an anti-blocking mortar lifting process which comprises the following steps: detecting underwater pressure-bearing performance, joint tensile performance, sealing performance and heat insulation performance of a guide pipe, selecting a qualified pouring guide pipe, sinking the selected guide pipe by using a lifting device, ensuring that the bottom of the guide pipe is aligned with a pile foundation, and ensuring that the distance between the guide pipe and the pile foundation is greater than 30cm; a pouring machine is used for pouring the stirred mortar into the guide pipe, the mortar falls on the top of the pile foundation through the guide pipe so that pouring operation can be conducted, in the process, rolling balls can be poured into the guide pipe, meanwhile, high-pressure gas is injected into the guide pipe, and the rolling balls rotate and move under the action of the high-pressure gas; and due to the autorotation of the rolling balls, the residual mortar can be quickly treated and is separated from the inner wall of the guide pipe, so that the diameter, through which the mortar can pass, in the guide pipe is prevented from being reduced, and normal operation of mortar pouring operation is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种防堵型砂浆提升工艺,对导管的水下承压性能、接头抗拉性能、密封性能和隔热性能进行检测,选取合格的浇筑导管,使用提升装置将选取的导管下沉,保证导管底部对准桩基,且保证两者之间的距离大于30厘米,使用灌注机将搅拌好的砂浆投入导管内,使其通过导管落于桩基顶部,以进行浇筑作业,而在此过程中,可以向导管内部投入滚动球,同时向导管内部注入高压气体,使得滚动球在高压气体的作用下自转并移动,从而使得滚动球接触导管内壁残留的砂浆,而由于滚动球的自转,因此其可以快速的对残留的砂浆进行处理,使其脱离导管内壁,进而防止导管内部砂浆可通过的直径变小,以保证砂浆浇筑作业的正常进行。
