The invention relates to a pit-in-pit foundation pit earth excavation construction method. The method comprises the steps that a foundation pit is divided into a shallow pit working area located on the upper portion and a deep pit working area located on the lower portion and corresponding to the middle of the shallow pit working area; the shallow pit working area is excavated, and a first steel support is erected; a transfer hopper is arranged at the pit bottom and located on the outer side of the deep pit working area; the deep pit working area is continuously excavated in a slope retaining excavation mode, a second steel support is erected, and an excavation slope is kept close to one side of the transfer bucket in the continuous excavation process; and a transfer excavator is placed beside the transfer bucket and close to the slope digging position, a soil taking excavator is arranged at the position, corresponding to the transfer bucket, outside the foundation pit, the soil of the slope digging is taken and placed into the transfer bucket through the transfer excavator, and the soil in the transfer bucket is taken and placed outside the foundation pit through the soil taking excavator. According to the method, the pit-in-pit structural form and the foundation pit supporting system are combined, the earthwork excavation construction steps and the deep pit earthwork excavation speed are comprehensively arranged, and the construction difficulties such as earthwork transferring and excavator advancing routes are solved.
本发明涉及一种坑中坑基坑土方开挖施工方法,包括步骤:将基坑分成位于上方的浅坑工作区以及位于下方且对应于该浅坑工作区中部的深坑工作区;对浅坑工作区进行开挖,并支设第一钢支撑;在坑底且位于深坑工作区外侧的位置设置转运斗;采用留坡开挖方式对深坑工作区继续开挖,并支设第二钢支撑,在继续开挖的过程中使挖坡保持靠近转运斗一侧;于转运斗旁且靠近挖坡的位置放置转运挖机,于基坑外对应于转运斗的位置设置取土挖机,利用转运挖机将挖坡的土取放至转运斗内,利用取土挖机将转运斗内的土取放至基坑外。本发明结合坑中坑结构形式及基坑支撑体系,综合安排土方开挖施工步骤,深坑土方开挖速度,解决了土方倒运、挖机行进路线等施工难点。
