The invention provides a 3D-age cement-soil mixing pile static sounding detection and evaluation method which comprises the following steps: step 1, within 0.5-1 h after cement mixing pile construction is completed, a mark is reserved in the center of a pile body, then a PVC pipe with a closed bottom is vertically inserted into the position, deviating from the pile center by 1/3 radius, of the cement mixing pile, and the PVC pipe is sealed; a reserved detection hole is formed and marked; wherein the length of the PVC pipe is smaller than the depth of the cement mixing pile; step 2, continuously detecting the pile body strength of the cement mixing pile by adopting a static sounding detection method when the cement mixing pile reaches a certain age, wherein the age range of the cement mixing pile is 1-3 days; wherein in the age range, different detection time is selected according to different construction conditions. The method has the advantages of being short in detection period and high in detection precision, and meanwhile the problem of probe damage is avoided.
本发明提出了一种3D龄期内水泥土搅拌桩静力触探检测及评价方法,该检测法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、在水泥搅拌桩施工完成后0.5‑1h内,在桩体中心进行预留标记,之后在水泥搅拌桩偏离桩心1/3半径处垂直插入底部封闭的PVC管,形成预留检测孔并进行标记;其中,PVC管的长度小于水泥搅拌桩的深度;步骤2、在水泥搅拌桩达到一定龄期时采用静力触探检测法连续检测水泥搅拌桩的桩体强度,水泥搅拌桩的龄期范围为1天~3天;其中:在龄期范围内,依据不同依据施工条件选择不同的检测时间。本发明具有检测龄期短、检测精度高的优点,同时避免了探头损坏的问题。
