When a drawable spraying water outlet head is in a normal state, the drawable spraying water outlet head is located in a notch in the bottom face of the front portion of a pipe body, as the bottom face of the spraying water outlet head and the bottom face of the pipe body are located on the same horizontal plane, passersby cannot buckle out the spraying water outlet head for use; the control chip guides current into the strong electromagnet, the strong electromagnet generates repulsive force on the magnetic sheet below, the spraying water head can be ejected out of the notch through the magnetic sheet, the elastic positioning ring and the annular clamping groove are elastically unbuckled, separation work is completed, and cleaning personnel can take out the spraying water head and use the spraying water head by pulling the telescopic hose.
