The invention relates to an urban underground drainage pipeline system. The urban underground drainage pipeline system comprises a main pipeline buried underground, a plurality of sewer shafts arranged on the ground and connecting pipelines for connecting the sewer shafts with the main pipeline, the other end of the connecting pipeline is communicated with the side surface of the main pipeline; the connecting pipeline is obliquely arranged downwards towards the drainage direction of the main pipeline; a well cover is arranged at the top of the sewer shaft; a water outlet is further formed in the ground; the water outlet is communicated with an underground branch water drainage pipe which is embedded close to the ground; the branch drainage pipes are communicated with the drainage vertical shaft; according to the urban underground drainage pipeline system, the obliquely-arranged connecting pipeline is adopted, water in the sewer shaft is drained into the main pipeline, meanwhile, impact force brought by oblique drainage is used for impacting the main pipeline, and therefore the momentum and the impact force of water flow in the main pipeline are increased, and deposition and blockage of slag in the main pipeline are effectively reduced.
