The prefabricated assembly type building laminated slab waterproof system comprises embedded bodies embedded in the corresponding positions of laminated slabs and waterproof components used for connecting the corresponding embedded bodies on the two laminated slabs, T-shaped grooves are formed in the embedded bodies, and openings of the T-shaped grooves are of a structure with the large front portions and the small rear portions; waterproof head parts connected with the corresponding T-shaped grooves and waterproof body parts connected with the two head parts are arranged at the two ends of the waterproof component correspondingly, flexible supporting bodies are arranged in the waterproof body parts, and when the corresponding positions of the two laminated slabs are attached, the flexible supporting bodies act on the waterproof body parts to be bent outwards and keep a stable state; meanwhile, the waterproof body part pulls the two waterproof head parts to be close to each other. When the two laminated slabs are assembled, the two laminated slabs can be in a stable state, and the waterproof heads at the two ends are pulled in the state, so that the waterproof heads tightly abut against the inner wall of the embedded body to form a waterproof structure, the waterproof effect is better, meanwhile, a gap is smaller, and no seam is almost achieved.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式建筑用叠合板防水体系及施工工艺,包括预埋于叠合板对应位置上的预埋体和用于连接两个叠合板上对应预埋体的防水构件,预埋体上设置有T型槽且T型槽的开口为前大后小结构,防水构件的两端分别设置有连接对应T型槽的防水头部以及连接两个头部的防水本体部,防水本体部的内部设置有柔性支撑体,两个叠合板对应位置贴合时柔性支撑体作用防水本体部向外弯曲并保持稳定状态,同时防水本体部拉扯两个防水头部相互靠近。在两个叠合板组装时能够处于稳定状态且该状态下将两端防水头部进行拉扯,使得防水头部紧密抵接于预埋体内壁上形成防水结构,防水效果更佳,同时缝隙也会更小几乎实现“无缝”。
