The invention provides an unmanned self-locking anti-skid working ladder which comprises a ladder stand main body, a duck-foot-type supporting base, a top connecting piece, an auxiliary supporting assembly and a safety belt fixing assembly, the duck-foot-type supporting base is arranged at the bottom end of the ladder stand main body, and the stability of the working ladder is improved by connecting the duck-foot-type supporting base to the ground; the top connecting piece is arranged at the top end of the ladder stand body, the ladder stand body is connected with cylindrical leaning objects such as wire poles and trees through the arc-shaped grooves, the ladder stand body is connected with planar leaning objects such as walls through the clamping teeth, and therefore the stability of the working ladder is further improved, and the auxiliary supporting assembly is arranged on the ladder stand body, so that the working ladder is more stable. The safety belt fixing assembly is arranged on the crawling ladder main body, so that a safety belt or a backup protection rope is convenient to hang, and the operation safety is ensured.
