The invention provides a carbon-based atomization core, a preparation method thereof and an electronic atomization device.The preparation method of the carbon-based atomization core comprises the following steps that S1, carbon powder and silicon powder are provided and mixed to be uniform, and mixed powder is obtained; providing thermosetting resin and a curing agent, and mixing the thermosetting resin and the curing agent with the mixed powder to obtain a mixture; s2, the mixture is subjected to heat treatment so as to be cured into a blank body; s3, sintering the blank body in an inert atmosphere environment to obtain a carbon matrix; s4, arranging a heating circuit on the carbon substrate to obtain a carbon-based atomization core; the atomizing core is high in strength and can adsorb harmful gas substances generated during atomization of atomized liquid.
