Grid-reinforced recombined bamboo grid sandwich panel and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a grating reinforced sandwich panel and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of composite materials. A panel structure of the grating-reinforced recombined bamboo grating sandwich panel consists of three parts, namely an upper-layer recombined bamboo panel (2), a carbon fiber-reinforced recombined bamboo grating (1) and a lower-layer recombined bamboo panel (3). The upper-layer panel structure and the lower-layer panel structure are provided with arc-shaped groove structures which are vertically arranged at equal intervals and used for fixing the grating structure. The grating structure comprises upper-layer carbon fiber reinforced recombined bamboo ribs (4) and lower-layer carbon fiber reinforced recombined bamboo ribs (5); rectangular grooves (6) are formed in the upper middle portions of the upper-layer carbon fiber reinforced recombined bamboo ribs and the lower-layer carbon fiber reinforced recombined bamboo ribs, the width of the rectangular grooves is equal to the thickness of the carbon fiber reinforced recombined bamboo ribs, and the height of the rectangular grooves is equal to one half of the height of the carbon fiber reinforced recombined bamboo ribs. The upper-layer carbon fiber reinforced recombined bamboo ribs are parallel to one another and are arranged at equal intervals, and the rectangular grooves are uniformly downward; the lower-layer carbon fiber reinforced recombined bamboo ribs are parallel to one another and are arranged at equal intervals, and the rectangular grooves are uniformly upward; and the upper and lower layers of carbon fiber reinforced recombined bamboo ribs are vertically crossed, and the rectangular grooves are in a straight line. The carbon fiber reinforced recombined bamboo ribs are formed by gluing multiple layers of recombined bamboos and carbon fibers and then machining. The weight of the recombined bamboo structural plate is reduced through an interlocking process and a composite material process, the strength of the recombined bamboo structural plate is enhanced, and the bearing capacity and the bamboo utilization rate of the recombined bamboo structural plate are improved.
本发明提供了一种格栅增强夹芯板及其制备方法,属于复合材料领域。一种格栅增强重组竹格栅夹芯板,面板结构由上层重组竹面板(2),碳纤维增强重组竹格栅(1),下层重组竹面板(3)3个部分组成。上下层面板结构存在垂直等距排布的圆弧形凹槽结构用于固定格栅结构。格栅结构,包括上层碳纤维增强重组竹肋(4)、下层碳纤维增强重组竹肋(5);上下层碳纤维增强重组竹肋中间偏上的位置设置有矩形凹槽(6),矩形凹槽宽度等于碳纤维增强重组竹肋的厚度,高度等于碳纤维增强重组竹肋高度的二分之一;上层碳纤维增强重组竹肋之间相互平行,等距排列,矩形凹槽方向统一向下;下层碳纤维增强重组竹肋之间互相平行,等距排列,矩形凹槽方向统一向上;上下两层碳纤维增强重组竹肋垂直交叉且矩形凹槽呈一条直线。碳纤维增强重组竹肋由多层重组竹与碳纤维胶合后机械加工而成。整个结构通过嵌锁工艺与复合材料工艺减轻重组竹结构板的重量,增强重组竹结构板结构的强度,使其承载能力与竹材利用率得到提高。
