The embodiment of the invention provides a maintainable hard motorized pavement vehicle front paving device and a maintenance method. The device comprises a front support assembly, a front support rod, an upper guide frame assembly, a bracket assembly and a manual oil cylinder, wherein the front support assembly is mounted at the position of a front bumper of a chassis truck and consists of an upper guide roller assembly, a chassis truck front blocking and protecting frame support, a lower guide roller assembly and a front blocking and protecting frame pull buckle; movable supporting lugs are arranged at the two ends of the front supporting rod, the lower supporting lug is connected with double lugs at the upper end of the front supporting assembly through a pin shaft and a cotter pin, and the upper supporting lug is connected with double lugs at the front end of the upper guide frame assembly through a pin shaft and a cotter pin to support the whole structure; the upper guide frame assembly is mounted at the upper part of a chassis cab, spans above the chassis cab, transits to the front end of the chassis and is connected with the front support rod; the lower end of the support assembly is fixedly installed on a chassis auxiliary beam, a ball seat at the upper left end of the support assembly is connected with a middle ball head of the upper guide frame assembly, and a lug plate at the upper right end of the support assembly is fixedly connected with a supporting lug at the rear end of the upper guide frame assembly. The two ends of the manual oil cylinder are installed on oil cylinder supports of the upper guide frame assembly and the support assembly respectively.
