The pavement milling mechanism comprises a position adjusting mechanism and a milling mechanism which is arranged on the position adjusting mechanism and is driven by the position adjusting mechanism to move up and down and left and right, the paving mechanism comprises a supporting mechanism, a material conveying mechanism is arranged on the supporting mechanism, and a paving mechanism is arranged below the output end of the material conveying mechanism. The smoothness of a repaired pavement and an original pavement can be improved, the driving comfort is improved, and raw materials are saved.
