The invention relates to a near-fault plate-truss combined rigid frame bridge which comprises a main beam and a pier, the main beam is a deck type concrete plate-steel truss continuous combined beam, the main beam and the pier are in rigid connection through a pier-beam consolidation section, the main beam comprises a concrete bridge deck and at least two steel truss beams, each steel truss beam comprises an upper chord, a lower chord and a web member, and the upper chord is connected with the lower chord. The upper chord members are connected to the bottom face of the concrete bridge deck through a plurality of first stud shear keys, and the lower chord members close to the pier-beam consolidation sections are connected through the hogging moment area lower chord steel-concrete combination sections.
