Simple underground diaphragm wall lateral soil pressure cell burying device and using method
The invention discloses a simple underground diaphragm wall lateral soil pressure cell burying device and a using method, and relates to an application technology for measuring underground diaphragm wall lateral soil pressure in underground space engineering such as a deep foundation pit. The device is composed of a rope, a hook, a rod frame, a push rod, a roller, an earth pressure cell hanging bag, a spring and the like. When the hanging bag is used, the hook is fixed on a transverse bar of a reinforcement cage, and then the earth pressure cell is placed in the hanging bag. After the reinforcement cage is put down, the rope is lifted upwards, the rod frame and the push rod together drive the soil pressure box to rotate and translate upwards clockwise, when the soil pressure box makes contact with the soil layer, the rope continues to be lifted upwards, the supporting rod behind the soil pressure box abuts forwards till the soil pressure box makes full contact with the soil body, and finally the rope is tied to the top of the reinforcement cage. The simple device can enable the soil pressure cell to be in full contact with the soil body, is low in cost and easy to manufacture, and can be widely applied to burying of underground diaphragm wall lateral soil pressure cells of different sizes under complex construction conditions.
本发明公开了一种简易地下连续墙侧向土压力盒埋设装置及使用方法,涉及在深基坑等地下空间工程中测量地下连续墙侧向土压力的应用技术。本装置由绳索、挂钩、杆架、推杆、滚筒、土压力盒挂袋、弹簧等构件组成。在使用时,先将挂钩固定在钢筋笼横筋上,再将土压力盒置入挂袋中。钢筋笼下放完成后,把绳索向上提,使杆架、推杆一起带动土压力盒向上顺时针旋转加平移,当土压力盒接触土层时,继续上提绳索,使土压力盒后方托杆向前顶,直至土压力盒与土体充分接触,最后将绳索绑到钢筋笼顶部。该简易装置能够使土压力盒与土体充分接触,且成本低,制作简单,可广泛应用于复杂施工条件下不同尺寸的地连墙侧向土压力盒埋设中。
