The invention relates to the technical field of hole cleaning equipment, and discloses a large-diameter ultra-deep cast-in-place pile SCS system hole cleaning construction method which comprises the following construction steps that (1) an SCS hole cleaning system is moved to a construction position through a crawler crane; (2) the SCS hole cleaning system lowers the SCS submerged cement slurry treatment end into the pile position hole to start primary hole cleaning; (3) a load detection device for monitoring the load of the SCS submersible cement slurry treatment end in real time is arranged on the SCS submersible cement slurry treatment end; the SCS hole cleaning system sprays low-concentration slurry to the high-concentration slurry in the pile position hole by lowering the SCS submerged cement slurry treatment end to dilute the low-concentration slurry to form mixed slurry, and then the mixed slurry is discharged to the slurry separation treatment equipment through the sludge discharge pipe to separate the slurry from the muck; the load detection device is used for monitoring the load of the SCS submerged cement slurry treatment end in real time, it is avoided that the SCS submerged cement slurry treatment end is too deep in a pile position hole to affect discharging of pumped mixed slurry, and the problem that the hole cleaning efficiency of a large-diameter ultra-deep pile and an expanded bore pile is low is solved.
