Sand blowing sea-filling cofferdam manufactured by utilizing waste containers and manufacturing method of sand blowing sea-filling cofferdam
A sand-blowing sea-filling cofferdam manufactured through waste containers comprises the containers, a container door is arranged at the top of each container, L-shaped hanging lug holes are formed in the four corners of the top of each container, and the multiple containers are connected in the mode that hinges penetrate through the L-shaped hanging lug holes; the manufacturing method comprises the steps that firstly, collected waste containers are placed at the preset causeway position, then hinges penetrate through L-shaped hanging lug holes located in the four corners of the top of the containers, the multiple containers are connected in pairs to form a combined body, then the external sand conveying pipeline is inserted into the container door, and the containers are filled with sand and stone mixtures; a longitudinal gap between an upper container and a lower container is filled in a geotextile and sand or sand bag stacking mode, sand is stacked on the outer sides of the containers to form a steel and sand mixed structure causeway, and finally the containers are stacked to form a cofferdam structure. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, easy realization, material saving, high strength, good reliability and environmental protection.
一种利用废旧集装箱制造的吹沙填海围堰,包括集装箱,其顶部设有箱门,集装箱顶部的四角设有L型挂耳孔,多个集装箱之间通过铰链穿过L型挂耳孔连接;其制造方法是:首先将收集的废旧集装箱放置于预定围堤位置,其次使用铰链穿过位于集装箱顶部四角的L型挂耳孔,使多个集装箱两两连接形成联合体,再通过将外置输砂管道插入箱门,对集装箱内部进行砂石混合物充填,使用土工布加砂石或沙袋堆积方式对上下两个集装箱之间的纵向缝隙进行填补,在集装箱外侧堆砂,形成钢砂混合结构围堤,最后将集装箱进行堆叠,形成围堰结构;本发明具有结构简单,易于实现,节省材料,强度高,可靠性好以及利于环保的优点。
