A fixing structure is arranged on the top face of the prefabricated equipment foundation, and an outer edge protruding outwards is arranged above the side portion of the prefabricated equipment foundation. A plurality of water dispersing plates are arranged, and the side surface of the top of each water dispersing plate is connected with the bottom surface of the outer edge in a pressing fit manner; every two adjacent water dispersing plates are connected with each other. Waterproof protection of the foundation is achieved, installation is facilitated through compression joint, the waterproof effect is good, and uneven settlement of the equipment foundation caused by rainwater intruding into the foundation under the collapsible loess foundation condition is avoided.
