Step post-installation method of prefabricated inspection well
The invention discloses a post-step mounting method for a prefabricated inspection well, which comprises the following steps of: (1) pre-embedding a nut sleeve according to a step design position in a reinforcing steel bar mounting process of a well chamber and a shaft of the inspection well, and welding and fixing one end of the nut sleeve with a reinforcing steel bar of the well chamber or the shaft of the inspection well at a corresponding position; (2) a protective cap is installed at the exposed end of the nut sleeve located in a well chamber or a shaft of the inspection well and wound tightly through an adhesive tape; (3) steps are manufactured, and twisted steel bars are connected to the side walls of the steps; (4) the protective cap and the adhesive tape installed at the exposed end of each nut sleeve are removed, and then the threaded steel bar rods of all the steps are in threaded connection with the nut sleeves in a one-to-one correspondence mode; (5) the nut sleeve and the twisted steel bar rod are welded and fixed; and (6) brushing a layer of anticorrosive paint on the outer wall of each step. By the adoption of the method, damage to a well chamber and a well shaft of the inspection well is avoided.
本发明公开了预制检查井的踏步后安装方法,包括以下步骤:(1)在检查井的井室及井筒的钢筋安装过程中按照踏步设计位置预埋螺母套筒,螺母套筒一端与对应位置处的检查井井室或者井筒的钢筋焊接固定;(2)在位于检查井井室或者井筒内的螺母套筒的外露端上安装保护帽并用胶带缠紧;(3)制作踏步,在踏步的侧壁上连接有螺纹钢筋杆;(4)拆除每个螺母套筒外露端上安装的保护帽以及胶带,然后将每个踏步的螺纹钢筋杆与螺母套筒一一对应螺纹连接;(5)将螺母套筒与螺纹钢筋杆焊接固定;(6)在每个踏步外壁上刷涂一层防腐涂料。采用本方法不会对检查井井室、井筒产生破坏。
