The invention discloses an accurate installation structure and method for a finite-height internal buckling restrained brace gusset plate. The mounting structure comprises a first gusset plate, a second gusset plate, an adjustable clamp, an adjustable supporter and an adjustable actuator. According to the installation method, an adjustable clamp is used for clamping and fixing a first wing plate and a column body and/or clamping and fixing a second wing plate and a beam body, and an adjustable supporting device is used for adjusting the horizontal position and the vertical position of a first gusset plate; and the horizontal position and the vertical position of the second gusset plate are adjusted by using the adjustable actuator which is obliquely arranged. The method has the beneficial effects that the installation problem of the BRB gusset plate in a limited space can be effectively solved, the effects of accurate positioning and rapid installation can be achieved during later installation due to the fact that the positions of the pre-buried ring and the lifting lug are optimized in the early stage, the working efficiency is improved, the time cost is saved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种有限高度内屈曲约束支撑节点板精准安装结构及方法。该安装结构包括第一节点板、第二节点板、可调节夹具、可调节支撑器、可调节作用器。该安装方法利用可调节夹具对第一翼板甲与柱体之间和/或第一翼板乙与梁体之间进行夹持固定,利用可调节支撑器调整第一节点板的水平向、竖直向位置;利用斜向布置的可调节作用器调整第二节点板的水平向、竖直向位置。本发明的有益效果:可有效解决在有限空间内BRB节点板的安装问题,并且因在前期优化了预埋环和吊耳位置,可以在后期安装时达到精准定位、快速安装的效果,提高了工作效率,节省了时间成本,降低了施工成本。
