The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a building component anti-falling construction method and an anti-falling device.The anti-falling device comprises sliding sleeves, two sets of positioning columns and two transverse rods, and the two ends of the transverse rods are connected to the different sliding sleeves correspondingly; a protective steel mesh is arranged between the two cross rods; and a climbing mechanism and a locking mechanism for fixing the sliding sleeve on the positioning column are arranged on the sliding sleeve. The anti-falling construction method of the building component comprises the following steps that a site is leveled before construction, and then scaffolds are built on the periphery of a building layer by layer through connecting pieces by using standard pipes according to a conventional method; after the scaffold is built, the anti-falling device is built on the side, away from the building, of the scaffold; along with advancing of construction, the climbing mechanism and the locking mechanism are controlled, so that after the anti-falling device is moved to a required position, the worker performs construction operation. According to the scheme, the safety in the building construction process can be improved, and the situation that building tools and constructors easily break through limitation of a traditional gauze element and fall is effectively avoided.
