The invention provides a combined type reserved hole mould box which is formed by connecting and splicing an end box body and at least one main box body in series, assembling structures are arranged between the end box body and the main box bodies and between the adjacent main box bodies, and the mould box with five closed faces and one open face is formed after assembling. During construction, the mold box can be freely combined and adjusted in the length direction by increasing the number of sections of the box body, the combined mold box is inversely buckled and fixed to the preset position of the aluminum formwork, then the cavity of the aluminum formwork is filled with pouring concrete, the aluminum formwork is dismantled after the concrete is solidified, and the reserved hole can be formed only by knocking out all the combined mold box.
