The driving device comprises two symmetrical side panels (3), every two adjacent side panels (3) are fixedly installed on the upper top face of the bottom plate (1) and the lower bottom face of the top plate (2) respectively, and one side of each side panel (3) is provided with a sliding plate (4) capable of sliding in the mode of being attached to the outer side face of the side panel (3).
