Cold-mixed and cold-laid asphalt as well as preparation method and cold-laid construction process thereof
The invention discloses cold-mixed and cold-laid asphalt which is prepared from a component A, a component B and a component C in a weight ratio of 1: (0.4-1): (14-20), wherein the component A is prepared from 80 to 120 parts of asphalt, 10 to 30 parts of epoxy resin, 3 to 10 parts of polyurethane prepolymer, 5 to 25 parts of diluent and 30 to 50 parts of compatilizer; the component B comprises 5-16 parts of a curing agent and 1-4 parts of a curing accelerator; the component C is aggregate with the moisture content of 1-3wt%; the asphalt is matrix asphalt or SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) modified asphalt; the diluent is any one or a combination of diesel oil, dibutyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate. By regulating and controlling the curing rate of the mixture, the early curing strength is improved, and the paving and rolling construction time is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种冷拌冷铺沥青,其由重量比为1:(0.4‑1):(14‑20)的A组分、B组分和C组分组成;其中,A组分包括沥青80‑120份、环氧树脂10‑30份、聚氨酯预聚体3‑10份、稀释剂5‑25份和相容剂30‑50份;B组分包括固化剂5‑16份、固化促进剂1‑4份;C组分为水分含量为1‑3wt%的集料;所述沥青为基质沥青或SBS改性沥青;所述稀释剂为柴油、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯中的任一种或其组合。其通过调控混合料的固化速率,提升了早期固化强度,并延长了摊铺碾压施工时间。
