Method for preparing partially stabilized zirconia ceramic by microwave-assisted doping of calcium oxide
The invention relates to the technical field of microwave ceramic preparation, and relates to a method for preparing partially stabilized zirconia ceramic by microwave-assisted doping of calcium oxide. Calcium oxide is doped with zirconium oxide, and the partially stabilized zirconium oxide ceramic is obtained under the action of microwave-assisted calcination. The method comprises the following steps: a, sufficiently mixing 80-120-mesh zirconium oxide serving as a raw material and 60-100-mesh calcium oxide serving as an additive according to the proportions of 1: 0.2, 1: 0.4 and 1: 0.6; b, putting calcium oxide and zirconium oxide which are mixed in proportion into a planetary ball mill, setting the rotating speed of the ball mill to be 200-600r/min, mechanically mixing for 5-7h, and then taking out; and c, putting the mechanically mixed zirconium oxide and calcium oxide into a microwave muffle furnace, setting the calcining temperature to be 900-1300 DEG C, and calcining for 1-4 hours to obtain the partially stabilized zirconium oxide ceramic. By adopting a new method and a new means, production process parameters are adjusted, and the performance of the partially stable zirconium oxide is controlled.
