The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, and discloses an automobile electric suction lock and an unlocking device thereof, the unlocking device comprises a mounting seat, a shifting assembly, a first elastic reset piece, a second elastic reset piece, a locking piece pivoted on the mounting seat through a first pivot, and a spring bolt pivoted on the mounting seat through a second pivot; the spring bolt can move between a locking position and an unlocking position relative to the second pivot; a limiting block is arranged on the locking piece, and an insertion opening for the limiting block to be clamped is formed in the spring bolt. The first elastic reset piece is connected with the locking piece; the shifting assembly is used for applying first thrust to the locking piece so that the limiting block can be separated from the insertion opening. The second elastic reset piece is connected with the spring bolt. When an actuator or other parts of the electric suction lock break down, the shifting assembly can be manually driven, and therefore the automobile tail door can be manually opened.
