The invention provides a power-off self-locking device and a self-locking machine core door. The power-off self-locking device comprises a fixing plate, a semi-arc track, a tension spring, an electromagnet, a sliding assembly, a reset transmission assembly and an electromagnetic valve. The semi-arc track is fixed on the fixed plate; one end of the tension spring is connected with the first end of the semicircular track, the other end of the tension spring is connected with the sliding assembly, the electromagnet is arranged at the second end of the semicircular track, the second moving track is opposite to the first moving track in direction, the reset transmission assembly is fixedly connected with the sliding assembly, and a groove is formed in the reset transmission assembly. The electromagnetic valve is fixed to the position, close to the reset transmission assembly, of the fixing plate, during power failure, an iron core of the electromagnetic valve pops up and is connected with the groove in a clamped mode to enter a reset locking state so as to meet the working requirement for power failure reset of the device, and a self-locking machine core door carrying the power failure self-locking device can maintain the opening state of a channel or a gate machine door without external force. And people can be evacuated conveniently.
