The invention discloses a hinge mechanism and an embedded refrigeration device.The hinge mechanism is provided with a pivoting side and an opening side which are opposite, and comprises a first hinge piece installed on a box body and a second hinge piece installed on a door body; one of the first hinge piece and the second hinge piece is provided with a hinge groove, and the other one of the first hinge piece and the second hinge piece is provided with a hinge shaft matched with the hinge groove; a guide structure used for guiding relative movement between the hinge groove and the hinge shaft is further arranged between the first hinge piece and the second hinge piece, and when the second hinge piece rotates relative to the first hinge piece to be opened, the second hinge piece rotates relative to the second hinge piece to be opened. The second hinge piece firstly moves towards the pivoting side and the direction far away from the first hinge piece and then moves towards the opening side; according to the cabinet door, interference between the door body and the cabinet wall can be avoided when the door body is further opened, so that the opening angle of the door body can be increased (larger than 120 degrees), and a user can conveniently store and take articles.
