A second conveying pipe is fixedly connected to the bottom of the left side of the water storage cylinder, a second water suction pump is fixedly connected to the right side of the bottom of the second conveying pipe, the second water suction pump can collect water in the supporting frame through a second drainage pipe, and then the water is guided into the water storage cylinder through the second conveying pipe to be stored; the water storage barrel is arranged, water in the water storage barrel is prevented from flowing back to the original position, the water storage barrel collects water in three modes, the trouble that planters reserve water additionally is avoided, the collecting mechanism is arranged, used water and rainwater can be better collected and utilized, and therefore the water using cost of green plants is greatly reduced.
