A mounting groove is formed in the center of the upper surface of the base, a water inlet passage is arranged in the side wall of the base, a first water inlet hole and a first water outlet hole of the water inlet passage are formed in the center of the inner bottom surface of the mounting groove and the side wall of the base respectively, and the first water inlet hole is connected with a high-pressure water pump through an external pipeline; the connecting piece is vertically mounted in the mounting groove and is in threaded connection with the mounting groove; the rotating piece comprises a rotating disc, a rotating shaft and a plurality of branch pipes; the branch pipe is detachably installed on the second water outlet hole of the rotating disc, a plurality of spray heads are detachably arranged on the side wall of the branch pipe, the spray angles of the spray heads are different, the end face of the free end of the branch pipe serves as a reference face, and the spray angle ranges from-90 degrees to 90 degrees or 90 degrees to 270 degrees.
