The invention discloses a reinforcement cage suitable for industrialization and adopting steel battens to replace stirrups and a manufacturing method, the reinforcement cage comprises a plurality of stirrups arranged in the length direction of the reinforcement cage, and all the stirrups are made of steel battens; a buckle is arranged at the position, connected with each corresponding main rib, in each stirrup, and the stirrup is fixedly connected with the corresponding main rib through the buckle. During manufacturing, the stirrups are manufactured firstly; then all the stirrups are connected through strip-shaped connecting pieces to form a columnar frame structure; then, each main rib is placed on the inner side of the columnar frame structure, and each main rib is fixed in the corresponding buckle; and manufacturing of the reinforcement cage is completed. According to the application of the method, a jig frame is saved, the manufacturing cost of the reinforcement cage is reduced, and the complex action of binding stirrups is reduced; the method is more suitable for industrial manufacturing; the closed rectangular frame stirrups are formed by rolling or welding, so that the stress is more reliable.
本发明公开了适用于工业化的采用钢板条代替箍筋的钢筋笼及制作方法,包括多个沿钢筋笼长度方向设置的箍筋,所有所述箍筋均采用钢制板条制成;每一所述箍筋内与相应的每一主筋连接的位置均设有卡扣,通过所述卡扣与相应的所述主筋固定连接。制作时,先制箍筋;然后将所有所述箍筋通过条状连接件进行连接,形成柱状框架结构;再在所述柱状框架结构内侧放入每一所述主筋,并将每一所述主筋均固定在相应的所述卡扣内;完成钢筋笼的制作。本发明的应用节省了胎架,减少了钢筋笼的制作成本,减少了绑箍筋的复杂动作;更加适用于工业化制造;封闭的矩形框体箍筋采用轧制成型或焊接成型,受力更加可靠。
