The invention discloses a microorganism mineralization cementation biobrick production device which comprises a forming box, a plurality of transverse partition plates divide the interior of the forming box into a plurality of cavities, the output end of an oil cylinder movably penetrates through a transverse arm and then extends downwards, and a cover plate is arranged on the extending section of the output end of the oil cylinder; a plurality of liquid discharging grooves are formed in the bottom of each cavity, a plurality of baffles are arranged on the lower surface of the cover plate, and when the oil cylinder drives the cover plate to move downwards to the bottoms of the baffles to make contact with the liquid discharging grooves, the cavities can be divided into a plurality of forming cavities; the upper end of each baffle is connected with the lower surface of the cover plate, and a discharging mechanism and a spraying mechanism are arranged between the two connecting plates. According to the invention, slag, solid construction waste particles and the like are used as raw materials, and the composite material for construction is generated after shaping and consolidation of the molding cavity, that is, the raw material particles and a two-phase solution for inducing generation of calcium carbonate are laid and sprayed in a shaping area, and traditional clay mining and brick making processes of a plurality of chemical reagents are abandoned; and the method is really friendly to the ecological environment.
本发明公开了一种微生物矿化胶结生物砖生产装置,包括成型箱,多个横向隔板将成型箱内部分隔成多个空腔,油缸的输出端活动贯穿横臂后向下延伸,在油缸的输出端延伸段上设有盖板;在每一个空腔底部设置有多个排液槽,在盖板下表面设有多个挡板,当油缸驱动盖板下移至挡板底部与排液槽接触后能将空腔分隔成多个成型腔;每一个挡板上端部与盖板下表面连接,在两个连接板之间分别设有出料机构与喷淋机构。本发明以矿渣、固体建筑废弃物颗粒等作为原料,通过成型腔的定型、固结后生成建筑用的复合材料,即只需对原料颗粒、用于诱导产生碳酸钙的两相溶液在定型区域内进行铺设、喷淋,摒弃传统的黏土开采以及诸多化学试剂的制砖工艺,真正实现对生态环境的友好。
