The invention discloses a high-temperature steam condensation water deoxidizing and recycling system and method, and belongs to the field of high-temperature steam condensation water recycling. Comprising a deoxidizing device, a first online detection device, a first collecting device, a deoxidizing reflux device, a second online detection device, a second collecting device and a third collecting device, wherein a water outlet in the lower part of the deoxidizing device is connected with the first online detection device, and the first online detection device is connected with the first collecting device and the deoxidizing reflux device; a water outlet in the top of the deoxidizing reflux device is connected with a second online detection device; the second online detection device is connected with a second collecting device and a third collecting device; a bottom water outlet of the deoxidizing reflux device is connected with the top of the deoxidizing device; wherein the first online detection device is used for detecting the oxygen content, the oil content and the conductivity of the condensed water, and the second online detection device is used for detecting the oil content and the conductivity of the condensed water. By means of the system, the content of dissolved oxygen in water can be reduced, and high-temperature condensed water can be recycled.
