The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a preparation method of modified magnesium phosphate cement. According to the method, the modified magnesium phosphate cement is prepared from dead burned magnesium oxide, phosphate, a retarder, metakaolin and hollow glass beads; the prepared modified magnesium phosphate cement is controllable in setting time, reliable in strength and low in apparent density, and meets the requirements of reinforcing materials; metakaolin is used as a large-mixing-amount mineral admixture, so that the performance of the magnesium phosphate cement is greatly improved; the setting time is further prolonged by adding the hollow glass beads, and the problems of water consumption increase and fluidity reduction caused by adding a large amount of metakaolin can be relieved by adding the hollow glass beads; the modified magnesium phosphate cement prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has relatively good mechanical properties: 1d compressive strength is 41.7 MPa, and 1d breaking strength is 7.5 MPa.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体关于一种改性磷酸镁水泥制备的制备方法;本方法采用重烧氧化镁、磷酸盐、缓凝剂、偏高岭土、空心玻璃微珠,来制备改性磷酸镁水泥;本发明制备的改性磷酸镁水泥,凝结时间可控、强度可靠,且表观密度较低,满足加固材料要求;偏高岭土作为大掺量的矿物掺合料,对磷酸镁水泥的性能有较大改善;空心玻璃微珠的加入进一步延长了凝结时间,且加入空心玻璃微珠可以缓解偏高岭土大量加入导致的用水量提高和流动度下降的问题;本发明制备的改性磷酸镁水泥,具有较好的力学性能:1d抗压强度41.7MPa、1d抗折强度7.5MPa。
