The invention discloses coral aggregate based on microbial remediation enhancement and a preparation method and device thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating porous coral aggregate; putting the pretreated coral aggregate into a bacterial culture cylinder, repeatedly spraying a microbial nutrient solution and a gelling solution for multiple times, and filling pores inside and on the surface of the coral aggregate with calcium carbonate generated by reaction of microbial induced mineralized strains in the microbial nutrient solution and a carbon source in the gelling solution; the microbial induced mineralization strain is obtained by directionally screening bacillus pasteurii ATCC11859, so that the coral aggregate based on microbial remediation and enhancement is obtained. The efficient repair strain is directionally screened and reacts with a carbon source to generate calcium carbonate, so that aggregate repair enhancement is realized.
本发明公开了一种基于微生物修复增强的珊瑚骨料及其制备方法、装置,对多孔珊瑚骨料进行预处理;将预处理后的珊瑚骨料放入细菌培养筒中,多次反复喷淋微生物营养液与胶凝液,通过微生物营养液中的微生物诱导矿化菌种与胶凝液中碳源的反应作用生成的碳酸钙来填充珊瑚骨料内部以及表面的孔隙,得到基于微生物修复增强的珊瑚骨料,其中所述微生物诱导矿化菌种为巴氏芽孢杆菌ATCC11859定向筛选得到。通过定向筛选高效修复菌种,并与碳源反应生成碳酸钙实现骨料修复增强。
