The invention relates to the field of reclaimed material utilization, in particular to a method for preparing a shoulder pad from an asphalt pavement reclaimed material. The technical key points are as follows: the method comprises the following operation steps: grading the RAP material; different grades of RAP materials are compounded into an RAP composite material; the RAP composite material, the new aggregate and the mineral powder are prepared according to the AC-20 gradation; and carrying out pressure forming on the mixture to obtain the shoulder pad plate. According to the invention, the RAP material with good performance and the RAP material with poor performance are compounded according to the division condition, so that the defects of poor stability, weak impact resistance and the like after the traditional concrete shoulder pad is paved are overcome under the condition of ensuring the good performance of the shoulder pad prepared from the RAP material.
本发明涉及再生料利用领域，具体涉及一种沥青路面再生料制备护肩板的制备方法。其技术要点如下：包括如下操作步骤：对RAP料进行分档处理；将不同档的RAP料复配成RAP复合料；将RAP复合料、新集料和矿粉按照AC‑20级配进行配制；将混合料进行加压成型得到所述护肩板。本发明根据划分情况采用性能良好的RAP料和性能较差的RAP料进行复配，保证RAP料制备的护肩板的性能良好的情况下，解决了传统混凝土护肩板铺设后稳定性差、耐冲击力弱等缺陷。
