Manufacturing method of carbonized improved flowing solidified soil
The invention provides a manufacturing method of carbonized improved flowing solidified soil. The manufacturing method is divided into a factory working condition and a field working condition. The method comprises the following steps: under the working condition of a factory, firstly adding soil or water into construction sludge or construction muck, adjusting the humidity and the particle size, and then mixing a curing material cement according to a required proportion to prepare fluidized cured soil; the flowing solidified soil is transported to a construction site from a factory to enter a site working condition; in the on-site working condition, the flowing solidified soil is adjusted firstly, and the water content of the flowing solidified soil conveyed into the material storage device is adjusted firstly; then transferring the solidified soil into a production line stirrer, and carbonizing and improving the solidified soil; and finally, pumping the carbon-introduced improved flowing solidified soil for various backfill projects.
