The invention discloses a graphite modified insulation board for a reverse beating process. The graphite modified insulation board comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80-85 parts of grey cement; 1.1 to 1.2 parts of graphite modified polyphenyl particles; 5-7 parts of active superfine silver tailings; 0.3 to 0.4 part of methyl cellulose; 5-7 parts of silica fume; 0.2 to 0.25 part of a water reducing agent; and 0.2 to 0.25 part of a water repellent. The graphite modified heat insulation board is high in compressive strength, low in heat conductivity coefficient, good in heat insulation performance and low in water absorption capacity, the surface waterproofness can achieve the lotus leaf effect, meanwhile, due to the fact that the active superfine silver tailings are added, the antibacterial effect of the heat insulation board can reach 90%, and the situation that a wall is pulverized due to mildewing is avoided.
本发明公开了一种反打工艺的石墨改性保温板,包括下述质量百分比的原料:灰水泥80‑85份;石墨改性聚苯颗粒1.1‑1.2份;活性超细银尾矿5‑7份;甲基纤维素0.3‑0.4份;硅灰5‑7份;减水剂0.2‑0.25份;憎水剂0.2‑0.25份。本发明中的石墨改性保温板抗压强度高,热导系数低保温性好,而且吸水量低,表面防水性可以做到荷叶效果,同时活性超细银尾矿的加入,使保温板的抗菌效果可以达到90%,让墙面不会因为霉变而导致粉化。
