The invention discloses a preparation method of heat-insulating shotcrete for mine laneways, which comprises the following steps: pre-wetting ceramsite, pottery sand and glass beads for 1 hour for later use; performing modified soaking treatment on the straw fibers by using a polyvinyl alcohol solution for 3 days for later use; the pre-wetted ceramsite, the pre-wetted pottery sand, the pre-wetted glass beads, the pre-wetted melon-seed-shaped pieces and the pre-wetted sand are evenly mixed, then the basalt fibers and the modified straw fibers are evenly scattered, and a mixture is prepared for use; the mixture and 70% of water are mixed for 0.5 min, then cement, fly ash and 30% of water are added and mixed for 0.5 min, the mixture is put into a wet spraying machine for spraying construction, and the thermal insulation sprayed concrete for the mine laneway is obtained. The preparation method can remarkably improve the heat insulation property and strength of the sprayed concrete, and has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience in operation, suitability for underground construction and the like.
本发明公开了一种矿井巷道用隔热喷射混凝土的制备方法,将陶粒、陶砂、玻化微珠进行预湿处理备用,预湿时间为1小时;用聚乙烯醇溶液对秸秆纤维进行改性浸泡处理备用,浸泡时间为3天;用预湿后的陶粒、陶砂、玻化微珠、瓜子片、砂子均匀拌和,再均匀撒入玄武岩纤维和改性后的秸秆纤维,制备混合料备用;将混合料、70%的水先拌和0.5分钟,再加入水泥、粉煤灰和30%水拌和0.5分钟,投入湿喷机喷射施工,获得矿井巷道用隔热喷射混凝土。该种制备方法能够显著提高喷射混凝土的隔热性和强度,具有方法简单、操作方便,适于井下施工等特点。
