Ceramic-cement-based wall thermal insulation paste and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses ceramic-cement-based wall thermal insulation paste and a preparation method of the ceramic-cement-based wall thermal insulation paste. The building material is prepared by compounding and processing the following raw materials in parts by weight: an inorganic binder, hollow glass beads, a white sandalwood polymer glue slurry, a modified emulsion, sepiolite powder, fly ash, ash calcium powder, anti-crack fibers, a coalescing agent, aggregate, a defoaming agent, a water-retention thickener, polyethylene fibers and the like. In the preparation process, the prepared material B and the prepared material A are mixed, the defoaming agent, the water-retaining thickening agent, the polyethylene fiber and the inorganic filler are added and mixed with the material C, water is adaptively added in the mixing and stirring period, the mixture is prepared into paste, and the heat preservation paste is obtained. The production steps and operation are simple, the finished product can be prepared only through stirring and mixing, meanwhile, the thermal insulation paste has better adhesiveness and stability than existing thermal insulation paste, and the problems that most of traditional thermal insulation materials are prone to pulverization and collapse, poor in fireproof performance and bonding performance and the like are solved.
