The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic printing, in particular to a Ru porcelain seal cutting ceramic printing manufacturing process. 本发明涉及陶印技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种汝瓷篆刻陶印制作工艺包括以下步骤:(1)对专用泥进行加工;(2)以注浆法进行坯体的成型;(3)陶印的刻制;(4)素烧阶段;(5)打磨修整;(6)上釉;(7)釉烧。本发明通过对泥浆进行生物陈腐4年,以提升泥的柔韧性;通过增加一定质量的铝矾土,来增加其高温塑性,防止篆刻笔画在高温下泥土收缩变形;通过加入一定质量的有机物,来提升常温下泥料的柔韧性和粘结度,避免用篆刻刀在行刀时泥料出现崩口影响陶印的艺术效果;同时加入有机物在高温下消失,可以使陶印的质量减轻,增加其成品的品质和价值,以解决现有的淘印会在行刀时出现崩口,导致塑造效果不好的问题;再有就是淘印过重影响把玩性,品质不好;以匣钵隔焰烧方式保证汽碳窑烧效果受热均匀,成品率高,釉面发色沉稳。
