Porous ceramic atomizing core and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of atomization, and discloses a preparation method of a porous ceramic atomization core, which comprises the following steps: (1) material preparation: mixing and ball-milling ceramic aggregate, a grinding aid, a sintering aid and a pore forming agent, and sieving to obtain raw material powder; drying the raw material powder; (2) burdening and pulping: mixing the raw material powder with a binder and a surfactant, heating and stirring to obtain ceramic slurry; (3) hot die-casting molding: carrying out hot die-casting molding on the ceramic slurry to obtain a ceramic green body; (4) de-waxing: burning the ceramic green body in alumina powder calcined at high temperature, and degreasing in a set atmosphere; and (5) sintering: carrying out secondary sintering on the degreased ceramic green body in an atmospheric environment according to a preset temperature curve to obtain the porous ceramic atomization core. According to the method, hot die-casting forming is adopted, the method is more suitable for small parts with complex shapes and high precision, used equipment is not complex, mold abrasion is small, operation is convenient, the production efficiency is higher, and the ceramic strength, the pore diameter and the porosity are adjustable.
本发明涉及雾化技术领域,公开一种多孔陶瓷雾化芯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)备料:将陶瓷骨料和助磨剂、助烧剂、造孔剂混合球磨,过筛后获得原料粉;将原料粉干燥处理;(2)配料制浆:将原料粉与粘结剂、表面活性剂混合加热搅拌,获得陶瓷浆料;(3)热压铸成型:将陶瓷浆料通过热压铸成型,得到陶瓷生坯;(4)排蜡:将陶瓷生坯在高温煅烧的氧化铝粉中埋烧,在设定气氛下脱脂;(5)烧结:将脱脂的陶瓷生坯在大气环境下按预设温度曲线进行二次烧结,得到多孔陶瓷雾化芯。本发明采用热压铸成型,更适宜外形复杂,精密度高的小型件,而且所使用的设备不复杂,模具磨损小,操作方便,生产效率更高,而且陶瓷强度、孔径、孔隙率可调。
