Construction waste recycled aggregate geogrid reinforcing construction method and geogrid
The invention relates to a construction waste recycled aggregate geogrid reinforcing construction method which comprises the following steps: 1) paving geotextile on a roadbed layer, and paving a lower geogrid layer on the geotextile; (2) the lower geogrid layer is fixed to the roadbed layer through anti-slide piles, and the anti-slide piles are driven into the roadbed layer through a rubber hammer or a compacting machine; (3) after the lower geogrid layer is tightly connected with the roadbed layer, the construction waste recycled aggregate is laid, and the construction waste recycled aggregate is compacted in a layered mode; (4) geogrid layers are laid in the construction waste recycled aggregate layer every 40-60 cm, and all the geogrid layers are fixed through anti-slide piles; and (5) the construction waste recycled aggregate layers are sequentially laid in a layered mode till the designed elevation is reached, and a pavement layer or an upper-layer structure is laid on the tops of the construction waste recycled aggregate layers. The construction waste recycled aggregate is compacted in a layered mode, the multiple geogrid layers are evenly arranged, the anti-slide piles of the adjacent geogrids are arranged in a staggered mode, the construction waste recycled aggregate is blocked, locked and restrained, displacement and dislocation of construction waste recycled aggregate particles are limited, mutual friction of the particles is reduced, and therefore the strength and rigidity of a soil body are improved, and particle breaking is reduced.
本发明涉及一种建筑垃圾再生骨料土工格栅加固施工方法,步骤如下,1)在路基层铺设土工布,在土工布上铺设下层土工格栅层;2)下层土工格栅层通过抗滑桩固定在路基层上,抗滑桩通过橡胶锤或压实机具打入路基层内;3)下层土工格栅层与路基层紧密连接后铺设建筑垃圾再生骨料,建筑垃圾再生骨料分层压实;4)建筑垃圾再生骨料层中每隔40‑60CM铺设一层土工格栅层,每层土工格栅层均通过抗滑桩固定;5)依次分层铺设建筑垃圾再生骨料层直至达到设计标高,建筑垃圾再生骨料层顶部铺设路面层或或上层构造物。建筑垃圾再生骨料分层压实并均匀设置多个土工格栅层,相邻土工格栅的抗滑桩错位设置,对建筑垃圾再生骨料分块闭锁,约束、限制建筑垃圾再生骨料颗粒间位移与错动,减少颗粒相互摩擦,从而提升土体强度刚度、减少颗粒破碎。
