Super-thick stone close joint paving construction method
The invention relates to an ultra-thick stone close joint paving construction method. The method comprises the following steps that A, a concrete base layer is poured; b, a plurality of height limiting strips are arranged on the base layer, and each height limiting strip spans two to-be-laid stones; c, a cement mortar layer is laid on the base layer, and the cement mortar layer covers the height limiting strips and is 20-30 mm higher than the height limiting strips; d, paving the stones, namely pre-processing inclined surfaces at the lower ends of the four side surfaces of the stones, enabling the inclined surfaces to extend to the lower surfaces of the stones, enabling the inclined surfaces of two adjacent stones to define an inverted V-shaped filling space, placing the stones on the cement mortar layer, downwards extruding the stones, enabling the stones to move downwards and extruding the cement mortar, and paving the stones on the cement mortar layer; and the cement mortar is squeezed into the filling space and fills a gap between the two adjacent stones. According to the stone paving construction method, the later-stage crack pouring, crack wiping and other procedures can be omitted, the construction efficiency is improved, the cement mortar can form a dense reinforcing layer in the inverted-V-shaped filling space, and the later-stage stone alkali falling risk is reduced.
本发明涉及超厚石材密缝铺贴施工工法,包括如下步骤:步骤A,浇注混凝土基层;步骤B,在基层上布设多个限高条,每个限高条跨越两块待铺设石材;步骤C,在基层上铺设水泥砂浆层,水泥砂浆层覆盖限高条并高出限高条20‑30mm;步骤D,石材的铺贴,石材的四个侧面的下端预先加工斜面,斜面延伸至石材的下表面,相邻的两块石材的斜面围成倒V形填充空间,将石材放置在水泥砂浆层上并向下挤压石材,石材向下移动并挤压水泥砂浆,并使得水泥砂浆挤入所述填充空间并填充相邻两块石材之间的缝隙。本发明的石材铺贴施工工法中能节省后期灌缝、擦缝等工序,提高施工效率,而且水泥砂浆在倒V形填充空间能够形成密实的加强层,降低了后期石材反碱的风险。
