The invention provides a water permeable brick for a sponge city and a pavement network structure, and relates to the technical field of pavement construction. The pavement network structure is formed by splicing a plurality of water-permeable bricks, the bottom of each water-permeable brick is provided with a first water flow channel and a second water flow channel, the water permeability of the pavement network structure is guaranteed, and meanwhile, a first water falling groove and a second water falling groove are formed in a first side face and a second side face which correspond to each other; when the pavement network structure is formed through splicing, the first water falling seam and the second water falling seam can be formed, so that accumulated water on the pavement can conveniently seep into the first water flow channel and the second water flow channel to form water permeation; and the adjacent water permeable bricks are positioned through the positions of the first water falling grooves and the second water falling grooves in the pavement splicing process, so that the infiltration property and the water storage property of rainfall are effectively improved while material blockage is prevented and the compressive strength is ensured, and the infiltration, stagnation and storage functions of sponge city construction are met.
