Construction method of reinforced embankment structure
The invention discloses a construction method of a reinforced embankment structure. The construction method comprises the following steps: performing construction paying-off on an embankment according to design requirements, and performing laying operation on geogrids; filling and compacting the embankment to form a filling layer; laying of a filler layer and a geogrid is completed; pre-stressed components are installed and vertically penetrate through the geogrids and the packing layer, and anchoring pieces are arranged at the lower ends of the pre-stressed components and located below the geogrids on the bottom layer; the upper end of the prestressed member penetrates through the top geogrid and is provided with a locking mechanism which can move downwards and extrude the geogrid; further compacting the embankment near the prestressed member by using a vibratory hammer; and the locking mechanism is moved downwards, prestress is applied to the geogrid and the filler layer, and construction is completed. According to the prestressed reinforced embankment construction method, the construction process can be simplified, the construction progress can be accelerated, the construction quality can be improved, the construction cost can be reduced, the labor intensity can be reduced, the construction period can be shortened, and the energy consumption can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种加筋路堤结构的施工方法,根据设计要求对路堤进行施工放线,对土工格栅进行铺设作业;对路堤进行填料并压实形成填料层;完成填料层和土工格栅的铺设;安装预应力构件,预应力构件竖向贯穿土工格栅和填料层,预应力构件的下端设置有锚接件,锚接件位于底层土工格栅的下方;预应力构件的上端穿过顶层土工格栅并具有可向下移动且挤压土工格栅的锁紧机构;用振动锤对预应力构件附近的路堤进行进一步压实;将锁紧机构向下移动并对土工格栅和填料层施加预应力,完成施工。本发明提供的预应力式加筋路堤施工方法,可简化施工工艺,加快施工进度,提高施工质量,降低施工成本,降低劳动强度,减少施工周期,降低能源消耗。
