The invention discloses a self-propelled road surface cutting machine with an adjustable saw blade angle, which comprises a cutting machine and an adjusting wheel set arranged on the cutting machine, the cutting machine comprises a carrier frame, a driving mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a side plate and an automatic wheel, and the adjusting wheel set further comprises an electric push rod, a butt joint shaft, a second positioning cylinder, a second rotating rod and a second walking wheel. The electric push rod is fixedly arranged at the top of the carrying frame, the butt joint shaft is fixedly arranged at the output end of the electric push rod, and one end of the butt joint shaft penetrates through the lower portion of the carrying frame. By arranging the fixed wheel assembly and the adjustable wheel assembly, the gravity center of the whole equipment is shifted leftwards or rightwards through adjustment of the adjustable wheel assembly, the whole equipment inclines, the cutting mechanism obliquely cuts in when entering a road surface, and when encountering a curve of the road surface, the whole equipment is adjusted to incline in different directions and different degrees; and the equipment generates an inclined radian during self-walking, so that manual pushing is not needed during curve cutting, and manpower is saved.
